Although the menu sounded very promising and we looked forward to a good dinner, in a blink of an eye, things turned upside down. Our waiter was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced, neglecting our table in favor of others who, ironically, arrived after we did. Fried calamari appetizer was inedible; rings of bread crumbs impregnated with heavy, overused oil. We shared a chicken marsala as main entree, with mushy vegetables also soaked in oil, while the chicken tasted very chewy and was thin as a sheet of paper. For dessert, a cannoli, which was something completely different, and out of a frozen box of industrial grade bakery. To wrap things up, the restaurant is overpriced and unsatisfying. If you don’t mind paying a fortune for contempt food, and put up with waiters unwilling to provide attentive, detailed service, then this place is right for you. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Just plain lackluster, horrible and very overpriced food. This place cannot even be compared to Italian dining. Service with an attitude, and always adding 20% tip to every check. A popular place for idiotic old fartswith money who want to show off their luxury vehicles. Unbelievable. Loud, tables too close to each other, outside seating is joke, smelling the nauseating odor emanated from the kitchen and garbage dumpster just a few feet away from the seating area. Disgusting place.One of the worst, most terrible restaurants I’ve ever been to. Don’t throw your money here.
This place has gone downhill. If you want good service and great tasting food, it’s not going to happen here. But if you want rude, sarcastic service and don’t mind eating less than average food, this is your place . Yes it may be crowded sometimes, but don’t be fooled because this is not a quality restaurant. Walk a few steps to Piola or Il Mercatto across the street next to Publix for a much better dining experience, and far less cheaper.
Wine prices are outrageously expensive. 4 x markupFood is good but they use a lot of garlic. It is good to go with a group as a lot of the dishes are served family style
Don’t be fooled by positive reviews or some discount dining coupon. They have earned a reputation for bad food, bad service, and high prices. Don’t expect true Italian food at this place.WARNING: 20% tip always added to the check, so you, as a customer have the right to refuse paying for this charge, if the service is not to your expectations. These people act as if they are doing you a favor. A shame.
This place is one of my go-to’s whenever I’m down in Florida! They have a great vodka sauce- I get the capellini alla vodka every time! It’s one of the corner places in a shopping center so it’s pretty spacious and they have a nice patio for outdoor seating.
