What a horrible place. Service is nonexistent, food is mediocre and overpriced. I am not sure what positive reviews are all about.
Overpriced. Toughest bagel I’ve ever had. Management really doesn’t care when you let them know about the rubbery bagel. This was a first time, last time.
Among the worst service I’ve every seen at a restaurant. I know the clientele can be difficult (mostly retirees), but there is no excuse for being so rude. I’ve witnessed this again and again over the years. I only go back because my wife’s grandfather goes here every day. The food is generally not that great, prices exorbitant, and it’s almost always filthy. I wish i could say I’ll never be back. But unlike the service staff, i respect my elders, so I’ll be going again to make him happy!

Not just the best bagels in Florida …. … but also better than any I’ve had in New York. Pah! – I’ve said it. NY is all about hype, this is substance. There are places here that have better whitefish salad, better matzoh ball soup, better pastrami sanwiches, but none of them come close to Sage’s bagels. If they ever close I’m leaving town. The mushroom barley soup is also outstanding. The service is hit and miss but then at times this place is slammed. Its not a ‘scene’ like Rascal House was but the bagels weren’t as good there either.
