Terrible Customer Service, Extremely rude I was on hold for 20 minutes while waiting to place my order they were telling me it takes 2 hours to deliver which is absurd and i believe they just didn’t want to offer delivery. I said thats fine i was willing to take the order and wait 2 hours she put my order in and took my credit card and i called after 1 hour to check to see if it is on its way and they said you have no order and i said yes of course i do my card has been charged i hear them speaking and laughing. They told me well call you back in 20 minutes no one called me i called them back once again they said you have no order and hung up on my face. I chargeback the transaction and Bottom line if you don’t want to deliver don’t offer delivery very simple i don’t know how they are in business they’re food is probably just as good as there service which is TERRIBLE.
Worst Service Ever. If you want to be ignored and treated rudely dine here. I waited 10 minutes at the door. The restaurant was not busy and there was ample staff were everywhere acting as if I were invisible. I stopped 3 waiters asking if I could place a takeout order and all said to wait and someone would help me. I asked the bartender and she said the same.After another 5 minutes I walk to the sushi bar and was again told to go wait by the door. When Shay finally took my order, she brought me the bill and I found that they charged me $5 for the six scallions they placed on each of my 5 pieces of yellow tail sushi. When I asked about the ridiculous charge, Shay showed me a sign on the wall addressed to Our Valued Customers stating the price per ounce they charge for extra sauce. Shay treated me like a even worse after I asked for the $5 back. I repeatedly asked to speak to the owner and she ignored me each time. She threw her hands in the air and you got your food now go. While waiting for my food I saw two other separate customers walk to the bar to ask for a waiter because no one had come to their tables.I won’t be back!

Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Overpriced and terrible management. Some of the servers and bus boys are fine but the owner and management have terrible business and people skills!! The food is overpriced and the sushi is not always fresh (I have had sushi and the rice was overcooked! ) I have gone mulitple times over the course of a year and it is far from perfect.. I am no longer wasting money at this place. Spend your money at a different sushi spot and you will be more pleased!!
I was somewhat disappointed in the main course selections, fast food quality. I could have gotten the same thing at a Chinese take out for a lot less $. Service was pretty good until it was time to get the check and pay. That took too long. Crazy since they could seat more customers.
Siam Oishi Terrible food in Florida. The food in Siam Oishi especially on Main Highway Coconut Grove is very terrible. I’ve never eaten this distasteful food in my life. The quality of food and service are so poor. Not recommend anyone to try this restaurant.
