This place doesn’t deserve even one star.I would never go there again.The woman at the bar was a total rude freak. She thinks tips are automatically included no matter what kind of service she provides or does not provide while talking to her buddies.Manager was not able to stop or interrupt her behavior.
Terrible staff at front door. I was there with my son last Sunday. Yes it was quite busy at 5:30 but we put our name in for a table outside. We were told it would a 20 minute wait. Thirty minutes later we were still waiting and couldn’t even get near the bar for a drink.We noticed people who were behind us were being seated. I approached the girls at the front door regarding the situation and they told us we were wrong and in fact there were still 2 people ahead of us. They suggested we take a table inside as it would be faster. Instead, they immediately sat 2 couples outside. I protested again and the same girl said it was my fault for switching to the inside list. I told them my son was diabetic and really needed to sit down soon. We saw a table by the windows in direct sunlight that no one wanted. We were seated and then ignored for the next 15 minutes as the server in this area did the outside tables as well. We finally had to get some orange juice for my son as his blood sugar was plummeting . When we finally found out our server,I was in no mood to eat. My son ordered quickly just to get something in him.I was sad that this experience I was excited to share with my son was a miserable mistake. I was unable to find a manager to express our disappointment but I can promise we will never go back there.
