This might be one of the most unique lunch stops in downtown Tampa. Specializing in rice paper-wrapped fresh rolls, you choose your protein and veggies to throw in. Visit the fantastic sauce stations and start dipping. We need more places like this downtown.
Delish! We loved it! We sat outside and it was lovely. We started with a few rolls and then had the Papaya Salad with Chicken and the Traditional Lemongrass Chicken. Very fresh and tasty! Great pricing for for downtown dining!

We wanted to eat at a place with lots of vegetarian options, and Bamboozle did not disappoint. We started with a fruit fresh roll, with mango and other fruits. I ordered a CoCo roll, with shrimp, and mint. Our daughter, a very picky eater, ordered the yellow curry with tofu. She loved it. My husband had the Pho with tofu and said it was really good. I ordered a tofu dish with glass noodles and a garlic sauce. Again, it was excellent. We topped off dinner with three desserts: green tea ice cream, beignets, and tapioca. Many dishes can be ordered with tofu instead of chicken, pork or beef, and there is also a gluten-free menu, as well as vegan options. They serve the table a carafe of water, with cucumber in it – very refreshing.We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back again.
This place is a modern yet cozy restaurant in the heart of downtown Tampa. Relaxing atmosphere and stylish artwork surround you as you eat. Spring rolls were fresh delicate. Fresh, healthy, delicious!. My favorite place to eat downtown, hands down! You can’t go wrong with any of the menu items – the rolls, salads, daily specials, pho… the dinners are fantastic as well! The food and veggies are always fresh and the service is great! This place is a must go-to if you are downtown. Lunch time gets a little busy, but well worth the wait! Line moves quickly, and you can call in your order if you’re in a real hurry!
The food is so fresh. They have an excellent gluten free menu. I could eat here every day!
