My husband wishes they had some heavier menu options

The Vegetarian Pho is amaziiiiinnnng. The broth is flavored perfectly with anise and clove. The tofu is cooked to perfection, not just thrown in as a second thought. They give you plenty of basil, sprouts, jalapeos, etc. The fresh rolls are packed tight and you can even create your own roll. The atmosphere doesn’t live up to the quality of food, so don’t be worried when you walk through the door.
