Fantastic food. I had the beef pho and bbq pork roll. I would give it a 4 since I tend to prefer pho with beef tendon. I went 4.5 since the offer vegan pho. I’ve never seen it and it was the first time my grad student was able to try my favorite food. He loved it. The pork roll was great too.
Was I Bamboozled?No! It was very good. The small restaurant is primarily Vietnamese food. And, for the most part, it was all tasty. The service was very friendly. The food came quickly and was all hot and fresh.The Crab Rangoon and the Bahn Mi Sliders were all nice. The Green Papaya salad was nice. We enjoyed some of the sushi rolls. For mains we had the Braised Oxtail which had delicious flavor but was a little too fatty for me. The star was the Shaking Beef which was delicious.Its nice to have some dinner places that are within walking distance of the Straz. Parking after 6pm is free in front of Bamboozle Caf.
