Popped by for lunch during rush hour so the queue was pretty long, so the place must be good right!? The table was still messy from the previous person who sat there. The waitress walked by 3 times before she realized it had to be cleaned. I got a bagel burger, it had cheese, egg and bacon, it tasted pretty good. The burger patty had a nice aromatic taste to it. The wife had a chicken cranberry sandwich on rye bread and a soup. I’m not a big fan of berries and fruit in my food but that sandwich was awesome! The chicken soup was kind of bland and only one small piece of chicken in it. I think this is a great spot for breakfast and lunch if you’re in downtown St. Pete and the prices aren’t that bad either.
Salads are fresh and made to order. Lox bagel is amazing. Very friendly staff. Only minor complaint is there was no decaf coffee. But they had nice hot teas.

Not happy.. I lived in another state 4 years ago and always went into the local Bruegger’s Bagels for a Thai Peanut Chicken bagel sandwich. Since moving out to the Tampa Bay area, I often craved this sandwich. I was very excited to found out that there was a store only 40 minutes away from my home. I drove out there last week and ordered the Thai Peanut sandwich only to find that it was completely different than before. They used hot grilled chicken breast instead of a cold chicken salad and there were no brussel sprouts. It was a waste of a drive (as well as $6.99 for the sandwich). While the regular bagels are good, I’m not going to be driving that far for one (especially when Einstein and Panera will do).
Not a real sitdown breakfast restaurant. Order, get your name called and go get your food. Lots of bagel varieties. Sandwich egg wrap is just ok. Tomato soup was watery but tasted ok. I guess for fast breakfast food it beats McDonalds. Not close to a decent sit down restaurant.
Bruegger’s. One thing for sure, much better then Einstein Bagels, soups are good. sandwiches great. try it. coffee pretty good also. bagels are good, as well as bread and breakfast wraps…
