Terrible. 45 minutes after ordering sandwiches on a slow day with plenty of staff, we left. No excuse for not even updating us on the progress of our food.

WORST EVER!!!. When Billy Joel played Tampa, we wanted to go to Taverna Opa but they were full to capacity and turned us away. Ended up at Fusion, it was such a bad experience they offered us a free dinner in the future, which we declined. 2 nights ago went to Fleetwood mac show, made online reservations for Taverna Opa only to find it was closed up and nothing else was in it’s space (sad). So we thought we’d give Fusion a 2nd chance, and was WORSE than our first experience. Drinks wrong, menu’s wrong, meals were wrong, server’s disappear forever, and on and on. This could be a great place but they just don’t seem to care, plus I think they’re putting cheaper booze into premium bottles.

It was the worst experience I have ever experienced! The server was very rude and was not attentive. When asked questions, he was very defensive and rude.

Excellent food and service! Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a great start to my Tampa trip.

Spontaneous Valentine’s Day Dinner. My husband and I were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat on a night that happened to be Valentine’s Day, so our regular choices were packed. Fusion at Flamb was able to seat us in the bar area right away. The first impression is unfortunately an overwhelming scent of flaming cheese that isn’t entirely enticing. We ordered a beer and the Kalamata Calamari. We were pleasantly surprised at the delicious and unique calamari, made with lots of fresh oregano. For dinner I had a tasty, but very spicy, Fusion Chicken Banh Mi and he enjoyed the Crispy Red Snapper sandwich. The service was a little spotty, but it was genuine and warm. Try the Baklava Cheesecake, it’s not what you would expect!
