Love the wings. Service was piss poor in every way. Even with less than 5 other groups there and multiple servers, our water glasses didn’t get refilled once. Sadly I would go back, because I was a sucker for their food.
Bartenders are not friendly. Night shift ( Amanda) not very nice. Full of herself. The day shift is much more friendly. I have been here many times, come before 5
The food is good, but if you run into a problem the manager is a jerk. He seems to enjoy belittling customers and makes no effort to solve problems. We had a minor issue which could have been easily resolved, but he handled it so poorly, we left our uneaten food, vowing to never return. Never been treated that poorly in a restaurant.
It’s a sports bar.. Went before a Lightning game. Standing room only and had to claw our way up to a table that looked like the patrons were leaving soon. Once we snagged a table everything was fine. Had a few beers, had a BLT, and went to the game. It is what it is. A sports bar. Would definitely hit it up before my next hockey game.
Order as many items as you can when your waitress shows up. Seriously.I’ve always liked this place but the service is just bad and getting worse.Look for your waitress talking to friends somewhere in the bar, while you sit with an empty pint glass….again.
Great Wings. We were in town for Gasperilla, so Friday night we decided to try Hattricks. Glad we did! Good Happy Hour prices and great wings, especially the shake n bake.Service is good too. Crowded yet Tiffany managed to check on us several times, and returned quickly with whatever we requested. Would definately go back next time we are in Tampa!
