The Downtown location is just as friendly and good as Westshore, only smaller and not as new and without breakfast and without the Coke Freestyle machine. The Cuban sandwich had crispy plantain chips to add a crunch. Love the Greek Pasta salad. Knowing the help the community, I definitely will be eating here often. foodiefrog.com

I get lunch & someone in need gets lunch too! Yay!. My friend took me here today. As we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff. Since it was my first time, the girl explained to me the different lunch box choices to choose from. I got half of a Prosciutto Chicken and a side of fruit. The sandwich looked small when I got it but they really pack it really full! It was really good. My friend ordered the Spicy Tuna Melt and I took it bite out of it. It was really yummy. I love the idea that I enjoyed my lunch and someone in need to going to have a meal too. Next time, I want to try the different sides and dessert.

Yum!. This place never disappoints. This week’s special was a ham and salami sandwich with 2 types on cheese on chibatta bread. They also have healthier options like salads and fruit. Good price for all the good, gourmet quality food you get, plus all the proceeds go to Metropolitan Ministries, a homeless shelter for families in Tampa.

Great Place. So far I have had the Kosher Deli and the Black Forest Ham sandwiches. Both were so good. If you want the chopped chicken liver with the Kosher Deli, be sure to request it. I especially love the Black Forest Ham and never having tried Brie before, this was really a treat for me (very creamy and mild). The sandwiches are perfectly balanced with all the flavors, and they do pile on the meat! A half sandwich is all I need for lunch. They also have great looking salads and I’ll try one next time I stop in. All in all, the restaurant is very clean, the food is impeccably crafted and fresh, plus the staff goes out of their way to explain the menu and make sure you are happy. Oh yeah, and you help feed someone just by placing your order — now that’s win win!

Best sandwiches in downtown. Every item on the menu has a unique twist that really makes them stand out from your ordinary deli – for example, the ham sandwich is made with slices of pear, and the prosciutto and roasted chicken sandwich has toasted almonds. Not to mention that every meal you buy provides a meal for a person in need!
