This was just as you would expect for an Asian food takeout restaurant, although I dined in instead of taking out. I had sushi and it was great, plus the place is run by a nice family who I hope to see succeed. I will visit again if I’m in the downtown area.
Order at noon and bring home for dinner!. I have no clue how the sushi tastes; my order confirmation arrived at 12:13pm and still nothing at 2:00pm. I called approximately 45 minutes ago and was told it would be right there. Blatantly false. The order was for 2 types of sushi rolls and delivery is less than a mile. I would have picked up the order if I had read reviews prior to ordering. I offered to get lunch for others in the office – good thing they declined!
Lost a customer. Don’t ever order delivery from this place unless you like your sushi warm and your hot food cold. Waited well over an hour, only to have the delivery guy tell me he was late because his boss made him deliver a 60 dollar order across town because that was more important than my measly 20 dollar order. Sauces were spilled all over the bag and my sushi was warmer than my hot food somehow! I’ve always put up with their slow delivery but this was the last straw!
Delicious & Fast delivery. My first time ordering from Oriental Express and I will keep ordering from them! They were extremely nice on the phone and didn’t mess up my order. With my order, I ordered the Angry Roll; it was fresh and tasted phenomenal!
DELIVERY IS SO SLOW. They always quote 45 minutes but every single time it has been at least an hour and a half. Ridiculous. Do not order delivery if you are hungry.
Standard chin-amer fast food. No problems.
Ordered delivery to Channelside. Good service over the phone. Food arrived on time, was hot and tasted fresh. Sesame chicken, General Tso’s chicken and crab rangoons all tasted great!
