Don’t be discouraged by the location!. Yes, it is connected to a gas station, but really who cares? Sometimes the food can take a little longer then you would think for a club sandwich. But they do accept call ahead orders for people in a hurry. I walk down here with my dog a lot since I only live 1/2 block away. Their sandwiches are HUGE and come with the yummy macaroni salad for cheap. You can get lunch (sandwich,salad, sandwich is enough for 2) chips and drink all under 10$. Give it a shot!

A++. Three adults and a two yr old went to Zeldas @ 11:30am. Our waitress was Great! cheese grits& bacon; chicken salad on hoogie; western omelete w/marble rye and pancakes for Lawton(very good food) several young couples there..cant wait until Friday night when they have Jamacan Bands on patio!! Will def be back!!
Great!. Zelda’s offers classic breakfast dishes at an excellent price. The staff is very friendly and its quite clear majority of the people dinning were frequent customers. I’ve noticed some reviews complaining about it being connected to a gas station. Its a bit of an odd site to see, but the place is very cleanly and once you step inside, can’t even tell. If you are in the downtown area and looking for a hearty breakfast you can’t go wrong with Zelda’s
Horrible service, Rude staff. This is a place I wanted to try and so happened to go in on a weekday afternoon when they were not busy. As i walked in I saw a table occupied by a few cops on duty who were just finishing up their meal and a couple of other people sitting around. I walked up to the counter looked at the menu…..for 10 minutes…… nothing happened. There were atleast 3-4 staff who didnt even bother to help me. I then walked up to a table and sat down to let them finish chatting. …..10 more minutes….. no one was interested in taking my order or just asking me something..anything…. I got up and lingered around the counter and paraded up and down their counter looking at their specials and waiting for someone to take my order…….guess what ….nothing happened… ! After about 25 minutes of walking into the cafe/deli I walked right out……still no one bothered. That was the first time having such an experience in my life and Zelda has claimed its spot in infamy !

Tasty sandwiches. I was driving through Channelside and noticed what looked like a deli at a gas station and decided to turn around and check it out. I’m glad I did. My wife and I had their Cuban and a Cheese steak. Both were served piping hot and tasted delicious. And they sold Snapple, which is the perfect compliment to a nice hot sandwich. We’ll definitely go back. The service was also very friendly. Check it out… ignore the gas station.
