DO NOT RECOMMEND Over priced, $10 fried cornflakes, with bits of fish meat!!! The piece is huge, that’s all about it. Not much flavor on the fish part. I don’t even know what kind of fish, or if that piece was previously frozen or fresh. It’s so sad, we must eat this kind of things at Florida Gulf Coast, where abundant of good fresh fish is available. $10 for fried cornflakes!!! with bits of fish meat? That’s what it is. C’mon, guys, are you all Northerners who have never had a fresh fish off the gulf? Very over priced for what they are serving. the French Fries were not even good, and the buns are stale. We are very disappointed. McDonald’s Filet o’ Fish has more flavor, that’s all we can say. We do not recommend. I would have put zero stars for the food. Service was ok.
I’ve ordered from Becky jacks about 15 times. Always for carryout. Out of 15 visits, at least 12 of them involved some type of bullshit. Either they don’t get my order right, probably because of the amount of back ground noise in the restaurant when they answer, or the person on the phone taking the order doesn’t write it down right, they will fail to mention that they sub the fries with coleslaw because they were out of fries, but instead of asking you if it’s ok, they just go ahead and do it with out telling you so you don’t find out until you get home. They ask how u want your burger cooked but not once has mine been cooked the way I asked. Don’t get me wrong, the food is great, for overpriced food, but the service could definitely improve.

Stopped in on vacation, we are from OK. And friends from Texas. This place is great, crunchy fish is really good. Don’t pass it up.
Glad I Heeded The Recommendations Of Friends Who Were Regular Diners. Great little hole in the wall type restaurant. Arrive early to assure seating since they only have 34 indoor seats and a few more outside. Because it’s a bit cramped, it’s also a bit noisy, so don’t expect to carry on a business conversation or propose to your finance`. However, if one wants good seafood, this is it. The Crunchy Fish Sandwich could feed several people. The almond and corn flakes crusted fish could literally be cut into thirds and put on three buns. My cole slaw was as good as I’ve had anywhere. My companions were pleased with their fries. One companion tried the Blue Crab Claw crab cakes and raved about them.If there is a downside, it is that the waitstaff is so slammed that it’s hard to get their attention and even harder to get them to respond to a request once you DO get their attention. After three requests for more tartar sauce, I finally got Becky herself to get us some when she checked on our level of satisfaction. Next visit I’ll know to ask for more tartar sauce when I place our initial order.Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience and felt that prices were very reasonable. Well worth the short 1.5 miles off of US19.

Wonderful food, fantastic beer!. We just returned from Becky Jacks and what a great find! My husband and I had the fish platters. They were outstanding and the beer was just as good! Can’t wait to go back. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.
