Wow great prices great food. Get the combo dinner its only like 9 bucks and u get your dinner and fried rice and soup and noodles and I think an eggroll. They make there own duck suace and its awsome so are there vanilla fortune cookies
First time, wont be the last. Out of all the chinese takeout restaurants in my area this one has become my new favorite. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Our waitress was very friendly. After starting with a complimentary bowl of fried wontons we ordered soup and egg rolls. Both came out very quickly. We waited about 10 minutes for our dinners which was nice because I didn’t feel rushed. For dinner I ordered the Hong Kong steak which was delicious and cooked perfectly. The general Tso’s was also very good. They serve you a good helping of food so we left with leftovers that I will enjoy eating for my lunch today 🙂
Friendly, hot and delicious. When you walk into China City cafe you are usually greeted by one of the owners herself, who often seats you or waits your table. She is friendly and conversational, especially with returning customers (and there are plenty of long-standing returning customers). The food served here is served hot and there is a large variety of authentic dishes. You are given a large portion, often having to ask for a to-go box. China City is undoubtedly the best place at which to dine on or take out Chinese cuisine.
Best Chinese food in Spring Hill. Excellent food, what a treat, real deal chinese food at a great price!!!!! Super friendly service, short wait for delicious food. Will go back again and again. Highly recommend!

BEST Chinese food in Hernando county !!! the buffets are quantity over quality… yuck.the take out places all taste the same, bland and greasyChina City is just like New York style Chinese food !!!!EVERYONE i recommend is shocked they never found it before…. and all go back again and again.It’s to bad most people would rather stuff themselves with buffet fair, then eat REAL Chinese food. Oh yeah, the portions at China City are HUGE !!! A+++
Worth The Hunt. Would never find this small, comfortable and clean restaurant if you were not looking for it. Hard to find (behind Chili’s on Commercial Way-Hwy.19) but well worth it. The food is very good with a broad selection at very reasonable prices. Check the hand written board at the entrance for specials. Family owned and operated (usually the case) but for a lot of reasons this restaurant is different. The combo menu is extensive and has all the entrees that you would like to include soap, egg roll and fried rice at very reasonable prices.
