Not a fan. Tried this place there isn’t very many Mexican restaurants around here. Food was very bland, didn’t have much flavor. It didn’t taste bad but I wouldn’t consider it good either.
Dryed up tasteless little slivers of chicken guacamole turning brown. salsa tasted like stewed tomatoes from a can. I had fajitas, will not be back
This place is good but La Casa Cafe is definitely the best Mexican food in this area.
Best Mexican food in town. They have the best Mexican food in Spring Hill / Brooksville Area. The food is great, and the best Margaritas also. Very friendly. love the place.
Typical Tex-Mex. This Mexican eatery is buried behind the Beacon Theatre is after 3 tries I will not return. Very typical BLAND Tex-Mex (but apparently the older population in this area want this type of Mexican food). Service is good, salsa and chips ordinary and the food below average with no taste. The cheddar cheese loaded on many dishes (not Mexican cheese and canned Mexican red sauce) is a turn off to me. For my money there is competition in town that is truly amazing real Mexican food and that is La Casa Cafe on Deltona Ave.

Very Dissapointed. If you want truly fresh Authentic Mexican food I would suggest La Casa Cafe on Deltona Blvd. I thought I would give Pueblo another chance as last time I ordered my food was horrible. Once again very dissapointed in the quality and taste. La Case Cafe offers the freshest food and best tasting Mexican food in the area. Menu not as big, but what the lack in choice they definitely make up for in quality and tast. Guacamole made fresh to order – If you have not tried this amazing family owned restaurant , you don’t know what you are missing.
