As with another recent review. Used to be a good place to go. We are musicians and travel to a music a venue on Saturday and always bring anywhere from 6 to 14 people back with us for dinner after. Now the service is terrible, food not the way it was ordered, prices raised up big time, and even a quarter for water. You lost a lot of Saturday business, we nor our Friends will be back. Yesterday, between 8 of us our Bills totaled over 200 bucks, then you have the nerve to charge 25 cents for water. Never again.
use to be a good place with good food. two of us went there today and hada hamburger. when i ordered i asked the waitress if i could get it medium rare, she said it only comes in rare, medium or well done. i ordered the medium and by the time i finished it it was tuff and grey color, the reason being is that it was micro waved. i asked how it was cooked and she said on the grill. i should have known she was lying and that was the reason i could not get it the way i wanted. i will never go back again. it use to be great but now it is awful with only two customers for lunch.Visited May 2016
Late lunch. Very, very poor service….mediocre food…not too clean. We were there for late lunch, they were not busy. People were seated, ate left and we get got food….one salad and a special. An employee was one of those ones with a boy friend who got preference. Our first and last visit.
Ruth Ankney. I have been here several times, food is great.. Nice to here good music and sit on the deck , to see how beautiful the river really is…..great service….I would recommend that everyone stop by….staff are so friendly….I will go back……
Close to Withlacoochee Rail Trail. Right on the river, so there’s always something to see. Not much room on the back deck, but there’s plenty of seating inside. Two catfish dishes were outstanding; that’d be my pick on a return trip, though the pulled pork sandwich was good. We biked over from the Withlacoochee rail trail; glad we found a solid lunch spot!
Breakfast. I recently had breakfast at this restaurant and it’s a great location on the river. You can enjoy your meal inside or outside overlooking the water. Great breakfast menu and service. Eggs cooked just right and home fries were great. Look forward to my return.
Consistently great food & service. Friendly family atmosphere! Good entertainment- especially Fred Green kareoke- what a funny guy! Hope they have him back regularly! My fav place to relax after a hectic day- or lunch… and the breakfasts are super too! LOVE this place! ~m
