First and last time. I wish I could write a review about the food but we never got that far. Saturday afternoon around 3pm..not packed out but not slow either we sat at an outside table for 25ish minutes and no one acknowledged our presence. No drinks nothing. A party of 6 sat at the next table…the server came right over to them. We left…nice view…no food…no drinks..no more upper deck for us!!!
Best pork chops!. My family and I had the pleasure of dining here an the food was great! Awesome views as well as boat access too. Great value for the money I thought. Poor boy was huge an the honey black pepper, & mushroom pork chop was to die for!

No large Parties. Was on a tubing adventure with my friends and family. We had a party of 11 people and 1 baby. The restaurant was pretty empty and when we walked in they told us that they can’t take our party. The waitress was very apologetic and go what I assumed to be the manager. He came out and from the begining had a really bad attitude. Told us that we wouldn’t take out party, nor would they let us sit at different tables even though we were all on seperate checks. In the middle of talking with the manager guy he just turned around and walked away. WHAT GREAT SERVICE. Needless to say we did not eat there nor will I ever want to eat there. We did drive a little further down the road and found this AMAZING place call Bay Port Inn. The staff was very friends, food and drinks were excellent. As the birthday girl I splurged with their Bayport Margarita, 60oz of very deliciousness!
This place called itself the restaurant but it is really a bar. Went there with my grandchildren when the band came on we were told we would have to leave the restaurant part and go out and space and go out to a specific area on the deck after we spent $90 on food. Cannot full the service people they were very attentive to our table and very apologetic that we were told we would have to leave the room. Food is mediocre to say the least and we just like to go to this place because it’s local and we like to support local restaurants. The owners attitude is not very conducive to doing good business.
I have been coming here for years. Love the improvements and the food is great. I ride here to eat on a weekly basis. Kenny Holcomb provides great entertainment and you have the best view by far while dinning.
Disappointed. We’ve lived here 14yrs., and this was our first visit to this restaurant and our last. I came along with an ad I’d clippped from the newspaper concerning their cajun seafood boil. It advertised ‘2 for $25.99’ and proceeded to list the various foods. Their menu at the restaurant stated the cajun seafood boil as $28.99 and that was not including everything in my ad. The management refused to honor the ad which I thought was not very accommodating on Mother’s Day or perhaps even illegal (false advertising). I had N.E. clam chowder…..good. I also ordered the fried shrimp dinner. If you ever want to eat hollowed out french fries go to this place. I made sure to show my fries to a waitress so that someone besides myself and my husband would understand what I was talking about. The waitress claimed she had never come across hollowed out french fries before (??). Sitting outside watching families on the beach was very nice and if we drank alcohol it was definitely the place to be.
