Tasty rolls and prompt service. I eat here often and really enjoy the sushi. Big fan of the Fire Roll, Spicy Killer Roll, and Spicy Kani Roll. Whenever I sit at the sushi bar, the chefs offer a small delicious plate on the house of what I think is some sort of fish/seafood salad (similar to a kani salad). I will remember to ask next time what it is lol. Love this place. Waitresses aren’t the friendliest, but the food keeps me going back. Recommend!
Rude Rude Rude!. Owner is the the most Rude person I’ve met. He would not allow a party of 16 using the private dinning room to adjust the lighting/dimmer. It is dark in there. He yelled at them for making it a bit brighter. There was children with them he said if they did not like it they could leave. It was one of the girls first communion dinner. Then another adjusted the window shade. The owner went crazy and then chased them off. He is nuts he is in the hospitality industry. My kids did not need to see that display of rudeness by the owner. Never will go again. And we have been there a dozen times in the last few years.

Always delicious!. My sister and I go to Wasabi at least once a month. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is always very friendly. It is definitely a great place to visit while in Brooksville. We always get the pink girl roll. We tried the sushi cake it was a awesome!
Wasabi is a welcomed addition to the spring hill area the place has a good ambiance the staff is willing to please but the highlight of this place and most important is the food !!! It’s always fresh and very consistent the seafood soup is outstanding I have yet to have anything that is not great and I go quite often. My husband usually gets cooked items and I usually get sashimi and sushi excellent food and priced well
Food is Awesome!. I just read the review posted 11/9/12. I agree service is definitely needing attention. However, the reviewer mention how good the food is; despite the long wait & any other time. It really is awesome food! When I know it’ll be busy, I usually call in my order to pick up. Otherwise, I have no other problems with Wasabi.
