One of the most horrible restaurant experiences ever… when we get inside the restaurant you can.even smell something nasty… like dirty towels. The service man was nice… very funny, but the FOOD was just ridiculous horrible. We ask for some breast chicken with asparagus and baked potato and my friend choose steak with fried and baked potatoes… with a order of cheese nd mushrooms. The chicken was fine and the steak was delicious…by the potatoes…! The fried ones taste like they were reheated on a microwave and the baked ones like real paper. My tea was from 2 days old and the mushrooms….no words. At the end the desserts that we choose…The molten lava cake…was pretty small…and really expensive…Overall… never…ever… go to that place again.
Horrible service! Waited 20 mins every time asked server to bring water. Brand new silverware was dirty and still had food particles from previous use. Napkins were brought to our table dirty. When asked to speak to the manager he did nothing to correct the situation, definitely has no managerial skills. When it came time to dessert we had to wait an hour only to find out they did not have the ingredients to prepare it. Mind you, the restaurant was empty and the food was not even that good.
