Food is not Nica anymore this place is bad. I went to eat there with my wife and kids I ask for the most simple thing in the menu it was scary the bread hard and old we didn’t eat because we were afraid of the rest of the menu from 1 to 10 I give this place a 1 I am Nica and I am very disappointed.
Bad servers, good food. At the Weastland Mall the server was terrible, really slow. He was mad all the time. Second time in that place and the waiters were extremely rude.
All the Churrascos were way over cooked and chewy. My fish had obviously sat under a heat lamp for a long time, it was all dried out. The service was not bad, but not Great Either. The price Of every entree was way too high. This used to be a nice place with Mariachis and everything, it is now a Churrascos place with bad Churrascos, no atmosphere and high prices. To be fair the pinto de gallo and tres leche were fine. I just can’t get over how bad the steak and fish were. The bread was old also. and we ordered a total of 4 steaks in our party, they were all bad.
I hated the food here.. I have visited Los Ranchos at different locations. About a month ago, I visited Hialeah and decided to eat at Los Ranchos at Westland Mall. The churrasco was small and the quality was very poor. The Gallo Pinto (rice) was cold. The plantains were not soft to the taste……I can go on. The lady that served was nice and I decided to give her 15 % tip just because of her behavior. I was not pleased to payfor this meal. It was a bad choice to go to Los Ranchos at Wesland Mall.
Went to Los Ranchos in Westland Mall last night. The bread they first served was as hard as a rock. The baby churasco was way too chewy, and had no taste. They served it with 2 pieces of sweet plantain. It looked sad. The Gallo Pinto was ok. Then we ordered Tres leches which was a bland and not that great.I have had better food in any hole in the wall in Miami than here. Sorry the service was great. Waitress super nice but they need to step it up in the food dept to want to be in the category of price they are.
Me and my coworkers use to love coming here for lunch but they continually serve old rice from the night before. Don’t you think we know what old microwave rice taste like? Cmon now!! Service is excellent but get your food together. I can go down the street and pay less and have fresh rice.
