Okay food, service wasnt very good….. So we stopped through with the family at 6pm on a Monday night. The place was clean and as it was early we literally had the place to ourselves. The hostess sat us immediately. After some time had passed our waitress (happens to also be the hostess) arrived to take our order.We tried the loaded potato chips as an appetizer and they were pretty good. My wife tried the club sandwich and I tried the burger. Both were okay and you can certainly do much worse in the area. All said, the food was okay and would be comparable to what you’d expect at a Applebee’s or a Ruby Tuesday type establishment.Our waitress while pleasant spent most of her time discussing an upcoming Bachelorette party with a friend at the bar rather than attending our table. A simple water refill would have been a welcome sight. Overall, probably not something I’ll do again.
I didn’t really enjoy it and my husband hated it. The only thing we really liked was the artichoke cakes. My steak was cooked inconsistently which means they didn’t take the chill off before they cooked it. It was cheap quality anyway, so I’m not sure if it would’ve turned out well regardless. The veggies were swimming in oil and the risotto wasn’t cooked properly. The waitress had this smug smile, like she thought she was a comedian or something. It started to tick me off after a while. We won’t be going back.
