Good!. Upon entering, its quite clear this place is truly authentic. I was initially drawn to the local due to its name. The coqui is a frog native to puerto rico and uruguay that makes a sound uncannily similar to its namesake. Back story aside, this place was delicious. Its a bakery at heart and reminded me of the numerous pandarias I have frequented in various latin american countries. The guava and cheese bread was a delight and while the cuban I ordered wasnt the best I have had in tampa, it was truly enjoyable as well. If you are looking for well prepared latin bread and treats, this is the spot to go
