Great southern BBQ for pickup and take away! Best BBQ I’ve found in the area but you sit outside under canopy which is hot in the summer. Get the ribblets, big portions, decent price, and all the sides are great. Pulled pork sandwich is good of course.
WOO HOO!. Date visited 6/2/2012. This little truck packs a great Bar B Q! We had ribs and the pulled pork, collard greens, bake beans, cole slaw and a platter of fries smothered in pulled pork BBQ, cheese, bacon bits, jalapenos! Wow, the portions and so delicious! They had about 8 homemade sauces to choose from, the mustard was my favorite and a strawberry BBQ sauce! We live in Lakeland and I’d definately drive back over for lunch anytime! They also cater so you should definately call before you drive far because there’s a sign that says if we’re not here were catering. They have several large picknic tables under a tin roof or you can get it to go!! The crowd was steady the hour we were there and when we came back around 4:00 to visit the small meat market next door they were slammed!! Way to go Smokin Joe!!
