Very disappointed. My family tried Pannini’s in Westchase for the first time last night. We were all so disappointed in the experience. The hostess was rude and disinterested, no greeting of any kind. The service was very poor, we didn’t receive plates for the appetizer and it took an additional hour to get our dinner and when it came out all four orders were wrong! The food was well below average. Not even going to give it a second chance there was so much else that was wrong or weird about the place I won’t even get into it.
