Well I tried calling today at 4:40 but the thought of picking up the phone is not an option…I can’t leave a message as mailbox is full..I was going to ask for manager but seeing last post maybe not a good idea..Last Monday at 3:35 me & my Son were in line for food a Black cook was tossing the pizza crust when he dropped it on the FLOOR he without hesitation picked it up added sauce and cheese and put it in the oven ..WTF..We were not the only customers to see this or walk away..I WILL NEVER EAT THEIR AGAIN…Another Employee saw it all so and said NOTHING
I am a loyal customer to Villa pizza in the citrus park mall. I eat lunch there almost every single day. About two weeks ago I didn’t purchase anything but all of the employees were welcoming and excited to see me, when I asked for a cup of water the manager I’m assuming came running from the back screaming at me saying I owe them 27 cents for a cup of water. And I was like ok no big deal I will pay. Well today I walked up to grab a fork and the same man came up from the back and yelled at me for not asking for a fork when i had been standing at the register for about 45 seconds because I reached for my own fork. Nobody came to help me and he demanded I hand him the forks back so he could throw them away. This was the worst experience I have had at villa pizza and quite honestly I will NEVER spend another dime at that place. Horrible management and I wish I could tell everyone how shitty that place is ran. The employees are wonderful and sweet but the management is ridiculous. Congratulations to the rude manager at villa pizza you have lost my business!
