Messed up my wedding cake. I ordered a three tiered cake with fuchsia frosting and black details. There was no problem with it when I ordered. A few weeks before my wedding there was suddenly a problem with making the frosting that color so we changed it to a white cake with black details and I would incorporate the fuchsia with flowers. I walked into my reception to an all white cake with flowers. I was so disappointed.
The Best Cheesecakes and Cakes. Love this place! They have the best cheesecakes anywhere! I love the pumpkin which is available NOW! I have never had any problem with any rude employee there! Always wonderful! Taste for yourself!

Lost Order, Rude Employee. I recently ordered a birthday cake from Heavenly Cheesecakes well in advance of the occasion. Upon arriving at the business to pick up the cake the lone male employee advised that he had no such order and that I was out of luck. He was rude and basically didn’t care about the predicament that this placed me in. People were arriving at our house for the occasion this same date. I asked for the owners phone number but was refused. Later I emailed the owner and she didn’t have the decency to respond. I had been a loyal customer for years so this behavior was astonishing.I recommend that you do not order from this establishment. Their customer service has gone down the tubes.
