Food was not good as the meal was delivered 15 minutes earlier than it was ordered to be delivered. The order was placed at a specific time so the food would arrive in time for a lunch break, however the early delivery cause the subs to get cold and they did not taste good at all. When we called the store, the clerk became very rude and stated there was nothing they could do, so we spoke with the manager and owner Melissa ‘Ferra’. She was even more rude than the girl we spoke with previously, and stated she would not replace or even discount our meal or next meal due to the very poor service we received, not only the food but the awful ‘customer service’ provided by herself and her employees. I would recommend not going here if you expect bad food you wasted your money on to be replaced.
I eat at sub hub almost every day. Their food is always fresh and made to order using the freshest ingredients and all BOARS HEAD meat. I’ve never had a single complaint. I definitely would recommend this restaurant over any other sub shop in town. Not to mention they also serve burgers, tenders, salads and soup!
Great food!!. I work nearby and we get food from Sub Hub often both by delivery and pick up. I am happy to say I have NEVER had a bad meal from them!!!I love the Cuban sub and the Top Choice. i have also had the salads and the burgers and everything was great. The staff is very friendly and create a nice atmosphere. Even the delivery drivers are nice and friendly.do yourself a favor and stop in the Sub Hub…. you won’t be dissapointed!!!
