The Sandwhich Shoppe. Now at a new location. I went to the shop on Accident. Was looking to find the old sandwich place that as of now retired. I tried the new spot. Unimpressed to say the least. I watched them make my Italian sub with cheap store bought lunch meat. I won’t go back. Nothing special. I make a better sandwich at home

Huge Portions at Great Prices. Recently when I was vacationing in the Daytona area I came upon a cute family run restaurant called The Sandwich Shoppe & Coffee Bar. The first thing I noticed as soon as I walked in was how friendly and accommodating the owners (Glen and Patti) and their employees were. They were quick to point out the specials for lunch that day and explained the vast variety of choices on the menu. I decided to have half a chicken cobb wrap with potato salad. The first thing I noticed was the wrap and how big it was. I was told that that was a half wrap, a full size wrap must be gigantic! All the ingredients in the wrap and potato salad were fresh and delicious. I decided on the day I was leaving to fly home I would stop back in for a quick breakfast sandwich and get the shoppe special to go so I could enjoy it on my flight. YUM really sums up the shoppe special. You really owe it to yourself to stop in and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and food, you wont be disappointed. This will be on my list of must dos when I return to the area again. Ill support a family owned restaurant over a chain any day!
My husband & I found ourselves in this charming little area for breakfast recently. We are fortunate to travel quite often & opt for local one of a kind eateries as opposed to chains. The Sandwich Shoppe was superb. The owners were quite visible & welcomed us warmly. The young girl who waited on us was efficient & knew the menu well & was extremely helpful in helping us make our selections. The meal was delicious. We chose the French toast, hot off the grill & it was mouth watering. We plan to return to Holly Hill simply to return to the Sandwich Shoppe. Everything was made fresh to order & on our way out , we could not help but to grab 2 pieces of homemade crumb cake for later. Amazing! Do yourself a favor and run, don’t walk, to this little gem of a restaurant.
Great food at great prices. I wish I got to Holly Hill on a weekly basis because if I did I would be able to eat at the Sandwich Shoppe more often. I crave their turkey reuben more than I care to admit (OMG the coleslaw is amazing) and they have one of the best chili dogs in town. And my husband is a huge fan of their egg salad. When you are tired of the fast food junk, the franchise chain restaurants, and the not-so-awesome feeling you get after eating that kind of food, the Sandwich Shoppe should be your first stop. Not only is the food delicious and priced right, it is family owned and operated. So go and support the locals!
The Best in Town. When you want the best you go to the best. Glenn and Patty have proved themselves time after time. Fresh food, great favors and excellent service. If you are looking to eat in at there place or have it delivered to your party , this is where you need to start. Good luck with your new location….you did a great job…Art
