This place is located in the farmers market. They were featured on the news a few weeks back, but I decided to hold off going to avoid the crowds. The staff was super friendly and full of smiles. We had the sausage marinara classic sandwich. It was an Italian style fennel vegan sausage with the best soy cheese cheese I ever had and topped with marinara on a Ciabatta roll. It also included a side of vegan mac & cheese and a drink-I had Pellegrino orange. It was so good, we purchased a pound of the sausage to go. They are known for their vegan Rachel. They are only open weekends at the market, but have plans in opening a regular location during early 2017. The place is very small, about the size of a standard SUV.
