I’ve been coming to this Boston Market for months now I always call my orders inI usually buy 4 hole chickens and the service was great each time …..However it started to seem like I become an inconvenience, you see I would do this at lease 4 to 5 times per week. By my office there is a bridge where a couple ofhomelesspeople are living the chicken was for them..One day I picked up an order 4 whole chickens I noticed immediately theweight of the bag and brought it to the attention to the person at the window and she said with an attitude they are all like that and closed the window…Well there was 4 chickens in two bags and two of the chickens were normal size and the other two were like the size of a baseball really small not worth the amount they charge for a chicken …So I called the manager when I got to my office he was great offer to replace the chickens and no problem well when I got there to take him up on his offer the same two employees were there she gave me a look that was rude not even a hello or how are you just rude no big deal I’m not dealing with her anyway so the manager was awesome and did the right thing….Two days have gone by so I placed another order for my friends got to the window and its her again this time she left the window open and I herd her say to the cook its the man who complains about the chicken and well I ended up with the two smallest chicken ever if you look at the photo I attached look how big my wrist watch is next to it if the employees can be this spiteful than I’m sure they wouldn’t hesitate to spit in ones food ……..Never went back…..Ps My friends are still getting their chicken just from Publix’s way bigger and for half the price fully cooked and delicious …….
