The management does not put the people first. They actually harassed my wife when she tried to cancel an order five minutes after it was received. The delivery driver arrived, after the cancelation, and bashed his fist on every window on the left and right side of my house which scared my wife and children. Had I been home at the time the situation would’ve been different. On good Friday… I tried to place an order.. They obviously black-balled my address on their computer and hung up on me continuously.. Poor service mediocre food!19 Apr, 2014The management does not put the people first. I’m not African American I’m of Italian descent myself. Sorry Mr. bartender you need to keep your mouth shut. I was there when you were talking crap to the other bartender that works at Nicks located on the broadwalk. Wont be spending my money at Capone’s anymore.
This famous pizzeria can’t make pizza!. We have eaten at Capone’s for over a decade. Our disappointment over today’s lousy late lunch was keen. The grouper sandwich was of poor quality, freezer burnt and over done-both times. The hand tossed pizza was underdone but normal tasting the first time, somewhat more baked but oddly sweet the second time. All this with two beverages and two glasses of wine plus tip for sixty bucks. Kitchen needs vast improvement.
