Gratuity is Automatically Included. My co-workers and I used to eat at this location every week. Since the latest remodel the prices have increased, however the quality of the food is still the same.In addition that last (and I mean last) time we ate there two weeks ago, they included 18% gratuity on the receipt for a table of 3. My fault for not catching and tipping the waitress an additional 20%… but that extra 20% I paid just cost them a group of weekly return customers.

Came to this restaurant from out of town with family. We have a Dave & Busters in our town as well and have been to many others. This was the worst service I’ve ever had a Dave and busters. The food was not cooked well and didn’t taste good at all. Totally disappointed. We all got our food except my dad and he had to ask multiple times for it as well as a few things we were missing. Never got any refills and when his food came out it was cold. When asked to speak to the manager it took him 15 minutes to come out and speak to us. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in years. The food was horrible and my husbands food never came out. We had to ask the server twice about it. When it finally came it was cold. They never refilled our drinks and when we ask to speak to a manager it took 15 minutes for him to come to our table.
I was going to go to this establishment but the amount of loitering in the parking lot is unbelievable. It was like all the undesirables were all at Dave and Busters. Saturdays must be half off if you’re on welfare night. I’ve never seen so many shadow people in my life. I don’t recommend unless you want to get mugged. Definitely not the place to bring a date. Definitely disappointed.
Horrible Service! Was seated by the hostess but wasn’t acknowledge by the server for 15mins! Server took our order as he was rushing pasted our table which caused him to mess up on one of our meals. Food came out cold when it finally came out. When we received the check it had a automatic 16% gratuity include which we had to have a manger remove so we inputed the gratuity amount we thought was efficient. Would not recommend eating there!
Good Food…..Friendly Staff. Have been here several times now, food is always good as well as the service. Can wait awhile when its busy.
