Rip off. We took our family out for a special occasion recently and the server was young and fresh-mouthed, we tried to over look it. We probably should have picked up and left then. But we were already seated so we ordered and one of the other servers made a nasty comment about the amount of food ordered by us which wasn’t really that much considering that there were grown men at the table and they hadn’t really eaten lunch that day. The food arrived it wasn’t anything to write home about. Plenty of over cooked- hard potatoe chips that were supposed to be fries. The steak was thin and had to be sent back thee times to be cooked . The meal just was barely decent. The owner was there and not monitoring anything going on. We felt uncomfortable and just finished our food not wanting to spoil the get together. The bill came and the bill was large. Wouldn’t have minded but the service sucked majorly and as did the food and I wouldn’t step in there again or recommend it to anyone I care about.
Eat here at least once a week! Fantastic food. Amazing cous cous, reminds me of my moms! Everything is fresh and excellent. Atmosphere is VERY laid back. Try the Shawarma you won’t regret it.
Pastrami was decent… more smoky and less pickely.. coleslaw had nutmeg in it? Pickles way too salty and bitter.. there’s way better out there.
Have heard good things. Showed up on Sunday and it was closed even though the open sign was on. I look forward to trying Levy’s some other time.
Good food! Don’t worry if you dont know what all the stuff behind the counter is called/ folks there are very nice and will help u thru ordering. Its always clean and you feel great after a meal there i always do!
Order the falafel pita! Best in town!
