Been here twice and the food and service is so exceptional. Nice place for a romantic dinner. We love coming here and always trying their specials. Get the Salmon Tartar, so good it melts in your mouth 🙂 we had the lamb my gosh the meat was so tender . Great place.
One of the best spots in downtown Hollywood. They have one of the best happy hours, with $3 microbrews, $4 cocktails, and $5 bar bites. Food is great here.
The short ribs were mentioned so many times, we had to try them. Good, yes, but way over priced. Were they worth ever going back for, no. The pork chop was rare in the middle and the server chose to skirt the issue by asking if we wanted to order something else.
The previous posts were so wrong! This place is great. Adrian, Brian, and Chef Michael were great. The food was GREAT! The wine special at happy hour was the best. IF YOU DO NOT HERE, YOU MISSED THE BEST IN HOLLYWOOD DINING!
Never again!!. The restaurant is loud and the staff is less than courteousnow we understand why so many restaurants other than cheap beer joints make it in hollywoodgo to las olas!!!
Disappointing. We were guaranteed a particular table when we made our reservation only to find out that when we arrived our table was used to accommodate someone else. This was very disappointing but not as disappointing as when the bill arrived. The price was outrageous for the quality of the food we had. We will never return to this restaurant.
Foodies love it. I live down the street from Lola’s and dine there once every couple of weeks on average. It’s the ultimate local foodie place. Great location, classy but generally nondescript decor, fairly well-heeled crowd given the neighborhood, menu is standard new american with occasional surprises thrown in, and probably most important, this is one of the very few places in the neighborhood sophisticated enough to have a very strong vegetarian alternative menu that is much more than an afterthought. Price point is on the middle high end for dinner but the place oozes quality so I don’t mind.
