Disappointing. Had a ribeye steak. Terrible! It was somehow marinated and had an awful taste and texture.I’ve been to Longhorn in Texas and they are excellent. This one is far below the company standard.
Food is all right but service is appallingly bad. My chicken sandwich came out cold and not as described on menu. Server knew we were in a hurry and took forever to take our payment and was indifferent shen I had to send it back to be warmed up. Very disappointing.
Poor service & steak was under cooked, and my salad had a potato skin in it. Our waitress only checked on us once. We ran out of drinks for 3 of the 4 of us. I finally got the manager’s attention. He offered no explanation but did get us our check quickly. This is my 1st review so this should tell you how bad it was.
I really like this restaurant. Service was great and the steaks were good for the price. The only disagreeable thing was the weird smell inside which I think is due to the old carpet. Everything else was great.
I love the place.. great steaks. This place has replaced outback as oir fav steak joint. Of course i make a better steak on my grill but they come close.
I’ve been there twice recently and been disappointed in both food and service both times, and i’ m not fussy.
