Peace & Pasta made there opening debut on November 1st of 2016 this fine Italian restaurant is founded by two of the most delicate team compose of executive chef Samuel marrero formally of Il Mulino of NEW YORK one of the original founders of Pescecane in Surfside fl along with marco guzman who has a long history of fine dining also work at Pesecane thru the 10 years open marco also worked for the famous Il Gabbiano who were the original owners of Il Mulino now they have come collectively together to create a menu made of old favorites from the southern part of Italy known as Abruzzo. you will find favorites like double cut veal chop garlic sage Mediterranean Branzino mustard crusted rack of lamb dover sole langoustine in the shell fresh pasta porcine ravioli to name a few. we are excited to start a new history of fine dining in downtown hollywood fl.
