Great place under new ownership. Outstanding food, very nice servers. Beers are all imported from Germany and served fresh. This is a very authentic German place.

Best restaurant on Anna Maria Island. Ownership changed a while ago, now it’s really authentic and great people. Oktoberfest Beer is the best and they have it on tap.

Very good Wiener Schnitzel and German draft beer. Like the potato soup. The hosts are nice. The wait and service could be faster but thats German hospitality.
We had a wonderful night at the Old Hamburg. Owner Gary is a great host and greated us right when we entered the restaurant. The food was outstanding and we enjoyed a few German draft beers. We have been to the Schnitzelhaus before and I must say the service and food really improved since the new owners took over in spring. Happy customer.
The new owners at the Old Hamburg Schnitzelhaus are fabulous. The food is outstanding, perfect, original German Sauerbraten. But even better (not really better but absolutely impressive) is the service. The server Sherry was so nice and helpful. The manager Gerry greeted us when we left. This is fine dining service. Never encountered in Florida. Kudos.Beers were fresh and tasty. 10 points for food and service.
