On the beach and hungry? This is the place!. The Mango Lassi is always good; if you like beer; they have imported beer from India.I LOVE their Dosas and the mango Lassi. I took my parents on one of their vacations and they enjoyed the goat and their sea food as well.
Harvard. Our party of 5 was booked at 7pm on Monday 29 December. We were on time and did not receive a menu until almost 15 minutes. The place is bare with no decor or music to enhance anay kind of atmosphere. When an operative eventually did come for our order there was NO Beer, NO LAMB dishes at all available, and no samosas.Needless to say that we are unimpressed and left.If this establishment survives for more than six months it will be doing well.
Gread Dinner. Great service, amazing food and very clean, small cozy place and they will take their time to explain the menu
Lunch at The Island Spice !. My husband and I have been to The Island Spice several times over the past year or so, and of late several DUNCH times 🙂 (late lunch) ! I am always asked how spicy I prefer my food and is always tastes ‘just right’ :-). Everything certainly tastes fresh and I love the sauces, particularly the fresh yogurt/cucumber dressing. I wish I would be more adventurous, but by the tine I get there I always seem to order the tried and true veggie lunch combo with Chicken and medium PLUS spice, rated on the Indian scale and not the American 🙂 I wish I had not picked this time to write my review. I am now starving !!It is pristine and very clean.. I would love a soft booth though to sit and really relax in and eat my food 🙂 You never know I might eat more and stay longer 🙂 Mo Dye Holmes Beach resident
Just go eat there! You won’t be disappointed!
Excellent food. Wonderful dosas and fantastic palak paneer. One of the best Indian restaurants in the area. Definitely the best food on the island.
Cute little place with excellent Indian food! We had chicken vindaloo, paleek paneer, samosas and golden shrimp. All amazing!
