Had Churasco steak ( skirt steak) with chimmichurri sauce. Black beans and rice with side of plantains. Steak was excellent as usual , only Longhorn that I have found who serves skirt steak. I eat every time I come to Homestead. Server was enjoyable and attentive. My only complaint was they changed their chimmichurri sauce somewhat which affected flavor some. Like older recipe myself.
