Frequent customer. Love the food! Have been a customer over 15 years. The owner, Masako, is kind and friendly. She is in charge of the kitchen herself, with the help of Beth, sweet and efficient waitress/cook. The sushi chef for the last few years, Carlos, will always do his best to accomodate to your needs, likes and dislikes. Waitresses are friendly. I am guessing the bubbly waitress refered to in an earlier review is Mihoko. She will make you laugh by just saying hi. 🙂
Good food, nice restaurant & staff. This is a nice little restaurant and generally not over-crowded (as in, relaxing and quiet). They have a consistent local group of patrons (myself and my friends & coworkers included) that come back again and again because the food is good and reasonably-priced. I recommend the lunch specials. I have to mention that there is also a particular Japanese waitress (need to get her name) that is just a delight. She is cute as can be –bubbly and happy –and she’ll just make you smile!
