BAD Food, BAD Service for TOGO Burgers. Called and ordered two burgers and nacho dip appetizer togo. The bar tender instructed to allow 25 minutes for the order to be ready. I thought it was a little long for the order, but assumed the restaurant must be busy.The restaurant was not busy when I arrived. The host at the front was very friendly and pointed me in the right direction to get my order. The restaurant had very dated, old decor and I noticed a bit of a stinch when sitting at the bar. I was at the bar for 5-10 minutes waiting for my order.Home is less than a 5 minute drive, upon arrival my boyfriend and I immediately notice that our black and blue burger is lacking cheese and is not blackened. Both of the burgers were over cooked. The fries were even soggy! The meal was just tasteless. The nacho cheese was served in a disposable pie dish, it wasnt enough to cover the bottom, and the cheese had hardened from being cold, this made it very difficult to eat.Poor service on the bartenders part! I would have gladly waited for my order to be completed upon receival of properly ordered, recently prepared food. But thisto food hadon clearly been ready forto a while, the bartender over estimated the time then failed to check it or finish preparing it before I arrived.The next day I told the owner of the experience I had in person, she told me I should have called the night before when this happened but offered NOTHING to compensate. She then went on to tell me her management theory. She pretty much made her diners seem like cattle. Get them in, hurry them out and repeat. Dont even offer dessert, get new food on the table for the next guest.I would much rather dine at grile 19, or even ruby tuesdays before giving sioux city another try.
