It was my daughters Sweet 16th Birthday. Out of all the places she could have chosen to have her birthday dinner it was here at Petrillos. We are locals in Indialantic and is close to our residence.When i explained to the staff of this being her sweet 16 and if they had a piece of cake or ice cream ect.. they could surprise her with they became very sketchy and strange. The waitress says she has to ask her manager. She then came back about 5 minutes later and in front of my daughter asked for an ID. She just turned 16 today and she does not have an ID I explained. She then says she will be back. Comes back 5 Min later and replys, sorry no ID we cant help you.My daughter went from a state of Joy to very sad.. Her sweet 16 dinner completely ruined.My daughter just did not understand how they could be so rude and uncaring.She will never eat there again. This was last year and this year for her 17th birthday we asked were she would like her birthday dinner and her first comment was definitely not petrillos. A very weird experience.I am a local Firefighter and Paramedic and I cannot recommend this facility at all.Thank You
Visited Italy for 12 days this past spring and we had no Italian meal as good as the one we had tonight at Petrillios. Chicken was tender, lemon sauce was flavored perfectly. Garlic was excellent.! Can’t wait to go back.
Let me say that Petrillos has good food. My wife and I have eaten here many times. That said, somebody please tell the brunette bartender who is there every night to at least fake like she cares!! Screwing up orders happens, but to not even offer to correct it and offer up a BS apology, REALLY!! Whoever you are, PLEASE, allow me to offer up some advice. You chose to apply for the job. You chose to take the job. CHOOSE To DO A GOOD JOB. Best of luck Petrillo’s.
NEVER AGAIN.. Been going to Petrillo’s for years, each time it seems to be going down in quality. I am use to great Italian food from the Boston area. Have had several great meals here but I don’t know what is happening. Calamari was always fresh and great now it is frozen a blah, pizza has been dry the past few times and portions have gone down, But last night was the straw that broke this Italians back. Order take out pizza and 5 Canollis , sounds like a good night, Had to wait 10 minutes for the canollis as my pizza was getting cold. When we went for the dessert to our disapointment the shells were empty. At $4.00 apiece we were all disappointed, I called and was told well the next time you come in we will give you a free one. (wow 1 for 5 a great deal for them) asked to speak to a mgr. told not one on duty, told that they called him and that was his reply. I left my name and number and asked for a call back, I was told he would be in today at 3. I called at 3:00 was told he would be in at 5. Called at 530 was told he might be in a 7pm. Can you see were this is going. Not sure why this once very good Italian eatery is going down hill but with a mgr. that is not willing to talk to a customer. I can see why.

Consistent, always good, friendly, good place. Has been in town for many years which should say it all. Quality food, fair prices, good quantity and very friendly. Good safe bet, very family friendly, great pizza
