Recent visit was not memorable. Requested toast bagel sandwich, which was indeed toasted, but then placed in the microwave! What? That’s not the way to serve a respectable bagel NY style! Sandwich was so hot it burnt my mouth and could not be eaten for a full 15 minutes.
A touch of the North. We visited the Vero Beach store today and were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. The dcor of the store was outstanding and brought back many memories. The bagels were the best, ever! The water really does make the difference and it’s appreciated that you have made the effort to convert the water to that of the NYC quality, I will always be thankful for my Brooklyn born colleague and friend to introducing us to this wonderful eatery!

Great Place!. Finally a decent place that’s not a McDonalds or Wendys that you can sit and enjoy a gooda cup of coffee a bagel and some pleasant conversation. We need a few more to open along the Treasure Coast. GOOD LUCK TO BROOKLYN WATER BAGEL COMPANY!!!
