Worst service and pizza. Pizza was burned. Salad came out after pizza. Husband ordered salad without olives and cucumbers and it arrived with everything on it. I normally do not complain but I did this time. Still tipped the server decently but will not go back again.
Very good Pizza!. I was recently back in town and visited this place again. We had the cheese pizza which was pretty good. We also had beer and wine. We had a nice experience. Service was very good and owner is always very kind. We like this place because the food is good, prices are reasonable and is family owned. My husband and I like to support Vero local starting family owned businesses, so we will definitely be coming back. Good people…. Good luck guys!13 Mar, 2013A Very Pleasant Experience!. Very good food and service. This is one of very few restaurants in Vero that has such a large and excellent selection of domestic and premium beers and wine. You will find here hard to find premium beers and good wine which are not found anywhere else in Vero. They go very well with the food they serve. I had the mussels with spaghetti, the chef’s special, it was amazing! My wife had their meat lovers pizza and it was also very good. We highly recommend this place to people that love good food accompanied with good beer and wine.
Place has to change. I have been back in town for the last 2 months and decided to try this place. We ordered the first time for delivery and by the time the food got to us the pizza was cold and burnt on the bottom. The roast beef sub was dry and over cooked and the antipasta salad was rotten. The next time we decided to go in and sit down to eat. We met Andy the manager and william the owner. Andy seems like a nice guy and knows what he is doing, but William seemed to not have a clue. The only thing William seemed to know about was the 50 different kinds of beer they have, which is a bit overkill for a simple pizza place. We ordered our food, pizza for the kids, my wife got a chicken alfredo, and i got a meatball parm sub. Well as to my surprise the pizza was again burnt on the bottom, the meatball parm was not fresh at all you can tell they do not make their own meatballs. The sauce was very thick and had a burnt flavor to it. My wife on the other hand loved her dinner, so not a total loss. Andy was very nice about everything and didnt charge us for the pizza. A few days later i stopped in to get a slice on my way to work and saw a face i havent seen in a long time. In the back cooking was Mike, now as i really dont remember his last name ive known Mike since his days at the Italian Kitchen. Mike to us is one of the best pizza guys in Vero. Dont let all the tattoos fool you, he is a great guy with great customer service skills and to him customers come first. When i told Mike the problems we have had in the past he automatically gave me my slices for free and appologized for the inconvience. Im so glad i know Mike is working there, now maybe the place will change and the pizza will start being cooked right. we will try the place one more time, but only when Mike is there. Sun, Mon & Wed nights. If the owner values his buisness he will do what he can to keep Mike close and between Mike and Andy i think the place can really become something good..
Horrible! A waste of money. Dirty dining room. Ceiling tiles missing. The food was sub par at best. I will not be giving them any of my business. Absolute dive.
Family owned. Great food and excellent prices. My family and I recently visited this tucked away pizza place outside the Indian River Mall and were delightfully surprised at not only the food but the prices. Although we were just visiting the area and probably won’t have an opportunity to visit again, I recommend the fresh eggplant and believe it or not – the plain cheese pizza. /s/ William E. GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!!. We have been eating here since they opened and have no complaints. I spoke to the owner personaly about the critic’s review and he explained that they had some troubles with an employee the night the critic came in the employee has since been let go. I think this place is great and recommend eating here. Thanks Papa luchie’s for saving dinner tonight! lol
TThe food is ok but the manager is a cocky, rude kid. When my husband and i go in to eat everyother week he is always yelling at one of the employees. Very bad for business. Another thing their is 2 waitresses a heavy set girl and a skinny girl and the heavier one is very sloppy attire wise, and she is just as rude as the manager she dosnt smile at all and i dont think we will be going back due to the attitudes of the manager and waitress. But the food is good. their business wont succeed with the ignorance of the staff
