Horrible!. The food is bland, the fries are always old, and the vibe of this Sonny’s is one of tension. The garden salad was good, but the food wasn’t worth 40 bucks for two meals. Not worth your time!

Great salas bar. My mom and dad go to Sonny’s 3-4 times a week just for the soup. They love the broccoli and Cheese and onion rings the best. They salad bar is my favor and for just a $1 you can add BBQ. Prices are getting too high. $3.99 for a cup of soup is just too much to pay. Drinks, ice tea and soda, $2.49 wow. Mom is 88 and Dad is 93+ and they have to ASK for the senior discount!? No discount on the drinks?! Why? We will have to go there less often since the prices are just getting out of reach.
This place is great.. If you like good food at a great price, try Sonny’s in Vero Beach. The pulled pork sandwich is really good. The atmosphere is Old Florida, to be sure, and that is part of the charm. And the service makes you feel like a favorite friend. My suggestion is to start at the top of the menu and work your way toward the bottom. I have yet to be disappointed.Enjoy your lunch.
The wait time. The waitress was great and the food also. The only down fall was you couldn’t get anyone to cash you out. We stood there for about 20 minutes waiting. Never once was we told someone be right there. Finally you think its going to happen nope they cashed oit the person that just walked up and walked away. Never apologize for they wait and thought it was funny when we said something about the wait.
