Probably the best burger in Jax. Very rarely do I get wowed by a food truck and very rarely does a burger place live up to the hype, but Baby’s did it for me. First had Baby’s at the Nocatee food truck night and waited for 2 hours, but once I tasted the seasoning on the burgers and their fries it was all worth it. Kudos the chick who takes the orders and preps the food, she is a hard working girl.Just a tip, the best place to get Baby’s is usually during the week when they are around the Buick dealership on Southside. There isn’t much of a wait and you can get your burgers in a timely manner. If you waiting to try Baby’s at a food truck event or any other outing, good luck because there is always a long line plus the added time it takes to make the burgers.

They are Bad to their Bones. Now the newest food truck is in town and has some pretty darn good burgers. I saw it on Facebook and had to try them. First I love the whole food truck idea. I have eaten at all of them. Baby’s is a California based truck that somehow has moved to Jax. I ordered the Original Beauty that comes with sauted onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese. The burger to me was a little overcooked but not many places will serve you a med rare burger. The burger was served hot well seasoned and quite juicy and the fixins were a good addition. Done right and very tasty. Ok the girls were a really good idea they were very pretty, nice, and helpful. I will return soon.
