New Ownership. The Smoothie King on Riverside is now under new management. We have updated our features and smoothies as well as retrained our new and knowledgeable staff. From Lean1 to gluten free. Stop in and say hi!
I agree with the other poster. The quality standards in Jacksonville are lowbrow, feeble minded and sub par in general, but this smoothie king’s employees really exemplify that. One asinine woman employee even excused her display of dim wit by brag laughing she had worked there 6 years while her livid customer waited for a refund from a previous mis-made smoothie. the napkins have more personality than the staff.
Worst ever. I’ve never dealt with a more ignorant employees than the ones at this smoothie king. Don’t trust a word they say if you have food allergy’s or special dietary needs.
