Disappointed. Had the pulled pork sandwich with the Carolina slaw and a side of mac n cheese. The pork is very tender and seasoned well. However, that’s the only pro. THE CONS: The mac n cheese was very very bland. Not enough cheese and zero seasoning. The Carolina slaw was not Carolina slaw. It lacked in that signature vinegar tang taste and was missing the celery seeds. If you are going to have a food truck specializing in southern food, especially if you are located in the south, then you need to make authentic southern food.
