One of the Best Food Trucks. I had my first experience with Taste Buds at the Craft Beer festival at RAM a few months ago, and my wife and I loved their tacos. The food is cooked and seasoned right. The prices are also very reasonable for the quantity that you get. My office just recently had Taste Buds cater a lunch event and the whole office raved about how good the food was. We had pork and chicken tacos, yellow rice, southwest corn, beans, chips, queso, quac and all the taco fillings. I am happy to say our office will be asking them to cater again. I highly recommend checking them out, they are one of the best food trucks in town and they have wonderful service. Keep it up!
I feel like I have done something wrong. At the food truck championships today, I happened upon this truck. I have been here before, so I am familiar with the quality. I was looking to try a truck that I haven’t been to before. Anyway, I got the Billy’s favorite which was a gordita wrapped in thick bacon with cheese, pulled pork, and a sweet sauce. This was very delicious and made me feel like I have done something wrong.15 Apr, 2013Best burrito I ever had. Food trucks are blowing up. I watch the food truck show on Food network and thought to myself that I would like to try one someday, so I did research to see if there are any in Jax. Taste Buds Express was one that I looked up and the menu looked good. They are sometimes at a location not too far from home so I tried them and I had a very delicious burrito. I had other items from them but I won’t forget that burrito.
Went to the food trucks wars downtown, for the volume of food thY went out from those guys, the time was expected for long lines, have patience..the other lines were just as long…good job and some of the best food.
At the food truck festival downtown and these guys do not have it together. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait and here I am 55 minutes later. Unbelievable.
Not Bad but I have had Better. Now first off let me say I LOVE the whole Food Truck Movement. I have eaten in most of them by now and some are good some are not so good and some are just plain fabulous. This one however is in the alright category. I chose to have the beef black & blue taco and the poutine. On this trip it was late in the day but the fries were soggy and there was way to much gravy and not much more. The taco however was pretty good but the cilantro was way over powering. Now I might try them again but there is a really good truck just a few blocks away.

The best food truck I’ve had. The food is phenomenal and you get a lot of it for the same price as going to McDonald’s. My only complaint is they aren’t out more.
